An 8th-floor elevated pool featuring a generous tanning ledge for relaxed lounging, transitioning to a dramatic depth of nearly 10 feet. A full-width acrylic viewing window spans the pool, creating a striking visual connection—offering swimmers panoramic views of the city below while transforming the pool into a bold architectural spectacle visible from the streets beneath.

To be one of the first podium pools in the Metro area, featuring a unique viewing window from below.

Challenges & Solutions

The Challenge

Logistical challenges are typical for these projects, and the addition of a view window, which was a new element for us, presented further complexities. Fall protection was also a key concern due to the pool's edge-of-building construction.

Our Solution

Daily coordination of deliveries and the crane schedule was key to staying on schedule. Patience was also essential, as our schedule wasn't everyone else's. Constant communication and safety inspector visits ensured we remained safe and met all safety requirements.

Results

Successfully delivered one of the first podium pools in the Denver Metro area, featuring a stunning acrylic viewing window that has become a signature architectural element of the building.

Worked closely with the general contractor to coordinate complex logistics including crane schedules and material deliveries on an active high-rise construction site.
