Infinity Pools completed the Summit Hotel hotel pool project in Big Sky, MT in 2025. Complete Tear Out and Rebuild of the Iconic Indoor/Outdoor Summit Hotel Pool in Big Sky, MT.

Located at the base of Big Sky Resort, this expansive pool and spa is heated to 102 degrees and enjoyed by thousands of visitors annually.

Client Vision

Remove and replace the leaking and deteriorating existing indoor outdoor pool.

Challenges & Solutions

The Challenge

The existing pool was experiencing water loss and structural settlement. Because of an underground spring, helical piers were required to properly stabilize and support the pool shell. The project timeline was accelerated to meet the hotel's peak occupancy season, and both scheduling and noise-mitigation measures were carefully managed to ensure minimal disruption while the property remained fully operational during construction.

Results

Our ability to deliver the project on time while addressing previously unknown structural challenges led to our nomination for, and subsequent recognition as, the Montana Contractors Association's "Specialty Contractor of the Year."
