The project features a freeform vault pool and spa, thoughtfully designed with an all-tile sun shelf and integrated ColorVision® bubblers. The sculpted, organic form creates a visually striking yet inviting environment, while the sun shelf offers a shallow, resort-style lounging experience enhanced by the gentle movement and sparkle of the bubblers. Together, the custom geometry, refined tile finishes, and dynamic water features deliver a sophisticated aquatic setting that blends comfort, craftsmanship, and elevated design.

Designed to create a high-end rooftop pool experience, the space captures sweeping city and mountain views while delivering a refined, resort-inspired atmosphere above the skyline.

The Challenge

Highly detailed structural foam work was used to precisely shape the organic form and custom dimensions of the freeform pool and spa, allowing for smooth curves, refined transitions, and a truly bespoke design.

Our Solution

Our survey team established multiple perimeter and radius reference points to verify accuracy throughout the layout, supported by the use of specialized tools selected specifically for the project. This approach ensured every curve and dimension was executed with precision and confidence.

Results

A luxury amenity deck was created as a signature focal point for the owner, serving as a defining feature of the project and an elevated space for relaxation and gathering.
