Infinity Pools completed the Broadstone Vantage Point multifamily pool project in Parker, CO in May 2018. Luxury Multifamily Pool, Spa And Lazy River.

This beach-entry, free-form pool featured multiple access points, with water depths beginning at zero and gradually transitioning to five feet. A continuous bench was incorporated to enhance resort-style comfort and lounging. The design also included a vanishing edge that spilled into a 300-linear-foot free-flowing lazy river below. The amenity area was further enhanced by a large 16-person spa, creating a comprehensive luxury aquatic experience.

Client Vision

The client's initial goal and vision were to develop a highly differentiated multifamily project by incorporating a signature lazy river—an amenity rarely seen in residential developments—to elevate the lifestyle experience and set the property apart in the market.

Challenges & Solutions

The Challenge

The primary challenge was the misalignment of the project start date with other ongoing projects, which limited available manpower and left the general contractor concerned about the timely completion of the project.

Our Solution

With the limited manpower, we discussed breaking up the project into two phases with the General Contractor. Construct the upper portion of the Amenities area including the pool and spa. Then move to the lower lazy river portion and outsource the rebar portion of the second phase.

Results

This innovative project successfully transformed the concept of a multifamily amenity space, resulting in the creation of one of the area's most sought-after and multi-tiered pool, spa, and lazy river complexes, thereby significantly enhancing resident lifestyle and property value.
